Simmons Security is a minority-owned family business that provides private security services for residential and business communities in Greater Kansas City.
Our company is managed by a Board of Directors who have over eighty years of experience in law enforcement. We are dedicated to supporting Kansas City with a community-centric approach that creates a safer place to live and work.
Our history in safety and security began in 1957, when John Turner, Sr was sworn in as a Kansas City, KS Police Officer. His commitment to law enforcement influenced his son John and stepsons Harold, Herbert, and Michael to also pursue careers in law enforcement. Our objective is to function in cooperation with sworn law enforcement and to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve by developing a personalized security plan for each client that focuses on public safety and crime prevention.
We take pride in our well-trained employees and have a management team with multiple educational degrees in a variety of disciplines, extensive business experience and leadership experience in the Kansas City community. There is no doubt that we are a well-rounded company with the dedication and experience necessary to focus on crime prevention within our community.
